See your own living blood — and what it may be telling you about your wellness.
Have you ever actually seen your own blood live on a screen?
Not numbers on a lab report — your actual, living blood cells, moving on a screen in front of you.
Live Cell Microscopy uses a single, nearly painless drop of blood from your fingertip, magnified up to one thousand times under a specialized microscope — in real time, while you watch. Together, we look at your red blood cells, white blood cells, and the environment around them, and I walk you through everything we’re seeing.
For many clients, this is the single most memorable moment of their wellness journey. There is nothing quite like watching the very cells God knit together, alive and moving on the screen.
What happens in a session?
- We start with your story. Before we look at a single cell, we spend time going through your completed intake form together — your health history, symptoms, diet, medications, and what brought you here. This part alone usually takes about an hour, and it matters: your blood tells one part of the story, and you tell the rest.
- One tiny drop. A quick, nearly painless fingertip sample. That’s the whole “procedure.”
- Straight to the screen. Within moments, your living blood appears under magnification — no waiting days for a lab result.
- We explore together. I guide you through what we’re seeing: the shape, movement, and clustering of your red blood cells, the activity of your white blood cells, and the environment surrounding them.
- We connect the dots. What we observe opens a conversation about your nutrition, hydration, digestion, and lifestyle — and shapes your personalized plan.
Your first session runs approximately two hours. About an hour of that is spent going through your intake form together, and the rest is spent at the microscope and building your plan. That may sound long, but there’s no rushing this — you leave understanding your own body better than when you walked in. Follow-up sessions run about 60 minutes, typically 4 to 8 weeks later, so we can look again and see how your body has responded.
What are we looking for?
Live Cell Microscopy offers a window into things a standard blood panel isn’t designed to show. Together we may observe signs of oxidative stress from free radicals, indications of nutrient deficiencies — protein, essential fatty acids, folic acid, vitamin B12, iron and other minerals — uric acid crystals, clues pointing to enzyme and digestive imbalances, and signs the body may be carrying a toxic burden.
None of this is a diagnosis. What it is — and this is what I love about it — is information. A starting place. A picture of where your body may be asking for support, so the plan we build together is based on your body rather than guesswork.
Why clients love it
- Seeing is believing. Wellness can feel abstract — this makes it visual, personal, and real.
- You’re part of the process. You’re not handed a report to decipher later. You watch, you ask questions, you understand.
- It’s motivating. Clients tell me that seeing their own cells makes healthy choices feel personal rather than theoretical.
- It shows progress. Returning after weeks of protocol changes and seeing a difference on screen is powerful encouragement.
- It pairs beautifully with QRA. Microscopy shows us what’s happening; QRA helps us explore what your body may need.
Live Cell Microscopy is an educational wellness tool, not a medical blood test. It does not diagnose disease. What it can do is reveal imbalances that may warrant a closer look — and it works best alongside, never instead of, laboratory work ordered by your doctor.
Curious what your cells would show?
Live Cell Microscopy is offered in person, and every new client begins with a free 15-minute discovery call so we can talk through your goals and make sure it’s the right fit. Bring your questions — I love answering them.
